Kaya obtained his LLB degree from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (now Nelson Mandela University) in 2015. After joining the McWilliams & Elliott team in March 2016 to serve his articles, Kaya was admitted as an Attorney in August 2018 and was subsequently promoted to an Associate at the firm.
