McWilliams & Elliott, acknowledged as one of Port Elizabeth’s Top 50 Companies in 2016 by the Executive Mayor of the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality, is the oldest legal practice in the friendly city of Port Elizabeth, having been established on 30 June 1853 by William Martin Innes and William Caldwell Elliott. The firm’s name, as it is at present, was changed to McWilliams & Elliott in 1907.
